3. Complete your online questionnaire — after booking, you'll receive a secure link to your full questionnaire: general medical history plus the screening questions for your treatment, with photos where needed. You'll hear back within 1–2 business days; if treatment is appropriate, your prescription is delivered to your local pharmacy.
The safety check is a first screen only — your full questionnaire repeats these questions, and some answers there may mean a treatment cannot be offered online. If that happens, you'll be told and directed to in-person care.
